Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings should be reconfirmed with our office the day before departure - phone Fiji (679) 675 0499.
2. All packages and the 'Bula Pass' include transfers from most Nadi area hostels to Denarau Marina, but clients must book.
3. The 'Bula Pass' is valid for one return journey to the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands and to hop between resorts and islands as often as you choose. NOTE: When you return to Denarau on the Pass it becomes invalid for any further use. The Pass is not transferable.
4. Package prices are per person. Prices listed as 'Twin/Double' are per person based on 2 people sharing a room or bure. Single supplement prices are added to Twin/Double prices. All prices are in Fijian dollars and include 12.5% VAT. Where additional 'Meal Package' prices are shown these are in and include 3 meals per night stayed. The meal package has to be taken as there are no alternative dining places. This cost should be paid directly to the resort in Fiji dollars on check in.
5. As many of the accommodation venues used are small they are at times full. When this is the case we reserve the right to use alternative accommodation of a similar standard. This may be on another island.
6. Awesome Adventures Fiji reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport, accommodation and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
7. All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible for their own additional accommodation costs.
8. Where another company or persons operate the tour, diving, activity or accommodation Awesome Adventures Fiji is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Awesome Adventures Fiji.
9. Cancellation fees: less than 24hrs - 100%, less than 48hrs - 50%, 2-7 days notice - 20%. No refunds will be issued for unused days on the Passes nor for any unused components of the Packages unless cancelled by the Operator. No show - 100% cancellation fee. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations within 7 days for accommodation at Oarsmans Bay Lodge, Botaira Beach Resort and Nanuya Island Resort.
