Terms and Conditions

1. If not booked locally all bookings should be reconfirmed with our office the day before departure - phone Fiji +679 675 0499.
2. Awesome Adventures provide complimentary transfers from most Nadi/Denarau area hostels and hotels to Denarau Marina, but clients must book in advance.
3. The ‘Bula Pass’ and ‘Bula Combo Pass’ are valid for one return journey to the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands and to hop between resorts and islands (one ‘hop’ per day). Extra nights can only be purchased in conjunction with a ‘Bula Combo Pass’ for travel on consecutive days after the pass expires. NOTE: The Bula and Bula Combo Passes become invalid for travels when you return to Denarau. Both passes are not transferable.
4. Package prices are per person and are valid for travel 1 April 2011 until 31 March 2013. Prices listed as ‘Twin/Double’ are per person based on 2 people sharing a room or bure.
5. All prices include Fiji taxes where applicable.
6. Where an additional price is shown under ‘Meals’ these rates are per person per night and include 3 meals per night stayed. The meal package must be taken as there are no alternative dining places. The cost should be paid directly to the resort in Fijian dollars on check in. Where ‘a la carte’ is shown, meals are at your own cost and paid directly to the resort.
7. As many of the accommodation venues used are small they are at times full. When this is the case we reserve the right to use alternative accommodation of a similar standard. This may be on another island.
8. Awesome Adventures Fiji reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge*, arrange alternative transport, accommodation and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
9. All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible for their own additional accommodation costs. Awesome Adventures Fiji cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter.
10. Where another company or persons operate the tour, activity or excursion, diving, accommodation or shore transfers Awesome Adventures is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Awesome Adventures Fiji.
11. Cancellation fees: No show or less than 24 hours - 100%, less than 48 hours - 50%, 2-7 days notice - 20%. No refunds will be issued for unused days on the Passes nor for any unused components of the Packages unless cancelled by the Operator. The following additional cancellation fees apply for Oarsmans Bay Lodge, Botaira Beach Resort, Nanuya Island Resort, Beachcomber Island Resort, Bounty Island Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort and Octopus Resort for ‘Stayput’ and multiple property ‘Packages’: less than 7 days notice - 100%, less than 14 days notice - 50%, less than one months notice - 25%.
12. Amendment fees: Change of booking within 24 hours 50% of first night's accommodation cost. More than 24 hours notice $20.

* FUEL SURCHARGE: Applies to bookings made locally in Fiji from 09 May 2011 and to all other bookings made from 01 June 2011. Mamanuca Islands day cruises and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $5 Adult and $2.50 Child fuel surcharge. Yasawa Islands (including Vomo) all packages, passes and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $10 Adult and $5 Child fuel surcharge. The surcharges are in Fijian dollars and will be collected at check-in prior to departure from Denarau Marina.
