The resort is set in the centre of a long sandy beach, has a beachside dining area and a fresh water swimming pool. The bures are dotted prettily along the beach and to the rear of the resort is a church built for the locals, and where visitors are welcome on Sundays. Church in Fiji is a cultural experience with wonderful singing by the congregation.
 Entertainment is a daily event here. Watch for the ‘Gecko Man’ scaling the coconut palms, join in the Fijian dancing and be mesmerised by the fantastic fire dancing. Drink some kava with men from the village or learn to weave beautiful designs. Impress your friends back home by learning how to create Fijian dishes. Mouth-watering kokoda (pronounced ko-kon-da) is the most delicious marinated fish dish you’ll ever taste!
Korovou started as a basic property but the owners have reinvested in constant improvements including Deluxe Beachfront Villas, which come with a special menu created by the resort’s talented chef. This much-loved resort is a great place for singles, couples and families alike.
