Awesome Adventures Fiji Extends the Suspension of our Operations through to 31 March 2022 - Travel Resumes from 01 April 2022

After such a long time, we are so pleased to confirm that Fiji's borders will be re-opening to international visitors from 01st December 2021. This is a step in the right direction for Awesome Adventures Fiji but due to some government restrictions still in place and the majority of our resort partners choosing to stay in hibernation until after the low season, we will not be recommencing travel to the Yasawa Islands until 01 April 2022.

From 01 April 2022, we will be operating the Yasawa Flyer 4 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and all our new packages and programs have been designed to accommodate the reduced schedule.

Tourism Fiji and the Fiji Government have a large amount of great information on entry requirements, movements while in Fiji and departure from Fiji and we highly recommend you read through this. See links for these below:

Frequently Asked Questions

Any guests travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji who require a PCR test prior to their outbound flight from Fiji must allow enough time between arriving back at Port Denarau and their outbound flight to undertake a PCR test and receive their results. The current advice which Awesome Adventures Fiji has is that international visitors should allow 36 hours from the time of undertaking a PCR test to get their results prior to checking in at Nadi International Airport. PCR testing is available at various locations in and around Nadi, all of whom are working to turn results around in a much quicker timeframe than the current 36 hours which is recommended. As this process continues to develop and evolve, Awesome Adventures Fiji advises all guests to follow the information provided by the Fiji Government (links above).

The Care Fiji Commitment (CFC) is Fiji’s WHO-approved standard of best-practice health and safety measures when travelling to Fiji. South Sea Cruises is a CFC accredited provider and as such needs all guests to scan their CFC app on arrival. Click here to find out more about CFC

We request that you kindly make contact with any customers with bookings due to travel up to 31 March 2022 and advise them of this extended travel restriction and the revised suspension of our services and look to rebook their packages for travel from 01 April 2022.
