1. Information on the website
The website rates were updated in October 2024 and are valid for travel until 31 March 2026.
1a Facilities or services may change after the date of publication. We endeavour to keep trade partners and customers informed of any changes to the information on this website that is brought to our attention. Prior to booking your trip, customers should ask their travel agent or Awesome Adventures Fiji directly about any changes to the published information of which your agent may be aware.
1b All maps, illustrations, and photographs are for indicative purposes only and may not necessarily reflect actual places or positioning.
1c For Island Stay Packages and Awesome Passes, accommodation must be consecutive at the same resort to qualify for the minimum 4-night bonus offers. Important: Resorts have the right to change conditions and bonus offers. Late checkouts are subject to availability at the time of stay and may incur an additional cost by the resort.
1d Room types can vary across packages.
1e All dorms have a minimum age of 18 years – people 17 years and under are not permitted in this room category.
2. Prices
All prices include 15% Fiji Government taxes and levies where applicable. All prices are per person. Double/Twin rates are per person based on a minimum of two people booking and sharing the same room/bure. Triple share pricing is based on three people booking and sharing the same room/bure.
2a Right to Vary: While we try our utmost not to increase our prices, this is sometimes outside of our control. On that basis, we reserve the right to amend our prices although amendments should occur only in the instance of increases in our costs to deliver the packages such as but not limited to, fuel costs, government taxes and charges, exchange rate fluctuations, and ground costs beyond the control of Awesome Adventures Fiji and which are deemed material to operations. Any increase in price must be paid before departure.
2b Child Prices: This can vary from property to property therefore all child prices are on application through the Awesome Adventures Fiji’s reservations team. All dorms have a minimum age of 18 years – people 17 years and under are not permitted in this room category.
3. Right to vary travel arrangements
Any necessary changes will be advised prior to travel – we reserve the right to substitute a property of a similar standard and/or reverse the order of the brochure itinerary.
3a Any necessary changes to the itinerary will be advised prior to the clients’ travel date. As most of the hotels/resorts featured in our packages are small, they are at times full, when this is the case, we reserve the right to substitute a hotel/resort of a similar standard and/or reverse the order of the itinerary in order to confirm the booking.
3b Awesome Adventures Fiji reserves the right to cancel vessel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services as necessary.
3c All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions and operational requirements. Should adverse conditions prevent the operation of our services, Awesome Adventures Fiji will not be held responsible for additional accommodation and/or alternative arrangement costs incurred by customers. Awesome Adventures Fiji shall be the sole judge of when vessels should not operate under this clause.
4. Inclusive Packages
Our packages are great for those that prefer a more independent experience – these are self-guided packages that let the traveller explore at their own pace. Packages visit different regions within the Yasawa and Mamanuca Islands (Blue Lagoon region, Manta Ray region, Yasawa Gateway region and Mamanuca Islands). As the resorts within these regions are small (which is part of the attraction of visiting these islands) there is limited availability, therefore we use at least 2 resorts in most regions to try to accommodate all guests. On nights where our itineraries show more than one hotel listed within a region, the Awesome Adventures reservations office will confirm the client’s itinerary based on the availability of the resorts and room types at the time of receiving the booking. While we try to accommodate requests for specific resorts/hotels, these are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability at the time of booking. All activities provided will be based on the activities provided at the hotel confirmed in the final itinerary and may be substituted for an alternative activity should they not be available or operational upon client’s arrival at the resort.
5. Hotel Bonus Offers
Bonus offers are only available when booking an Island Stay package for a minimum of 4 nights and are NOT included in any other package unless specified.
6. Meal Costs
6a For ‘Island Stay’ bookings, where an additional price is shown under ‘meals’ these are the compulsory meal plan/resort package prices as provided by the hotels. These prices are per person per night and include 3 meals per day stayed unless otherwise stated and can either be paid at the time of booking (for hotels that allow pre-payment of meals) or upon check-in at each of the hotels in local currency, FJ$ (for resorts that state ‘Pay Direct’ under meals). Where meals are listed as included or have a daily price, clients will receive 3 meals per day stayed.
6b For the ‘Arrival and Departure’ bookings, the meal prices shown are for daily breakfast only.
6c All meal prices are Net Non-Commissionable.
6d Important: Meal plans for the ‘multi-night Inclusive Packages’ and ‘Awesome Passes’ are not able to be pre-purchased. Therefore, all meals are to be paid directly to each resort stayed at in the itinerary once passengers are in Fiji. The resort meal packages are compulsory and must be taken once at the resorts as there are no alternative dining options.
6e Meal rates are correct at the time of issue and are subject to change by the resorts.
6f When meals are prebooked (for Island Stays only), any/all dietary requirements and/or allergies must be requested/advised at the time of booking, so we can pass this important information to the resorts. There are no refunds or credits for any unused meals.
6g Meal plans commence from arrival at your resort. You will arrive at your resort in time for lunch, therefore day one will include Lunch and Dinner. On your last day at a resort, only Breakfast will be included. Should your resort connection not depart for your next destination until after lunch and you wish to have lunch while waiting, this meal will be at your own cost.

Awesome Adventures Fiji reserves the right to substitute Awesome Experiences activities with other products in the event that the listed activity is unavailable. All activities will be based on the activities provided at the hotel confirmed in the final itinerary and may be substituted for an alternative should it not be available or operational upon client’s arrival. No refunds or compensation are offered for any unused proportion or change to an Awesome Experience.
7a As sharks are wild animals we can’t guarantee sightseeing however we do have a high success rate. If poor weather and sea conditions result in the cancellation of the “Shark Snorkel Encounter” then a substitute snorkelling safari will be provided.
7b The Swim with manta ray inclusion is seasonal (May till October) and subject to there being manta rays in the region. An alternative snorkelling trip will be provided should the manta rays not be sighted.
7c The Bonus Day Pass to Malamala Beach Club included in the Inclusive Packages of 4 days/3 nights or more and can be used either pre or post the trip to the Yasawa Islands. This includes return coach transfers to/from Port Denarau from most hotels/resorts in Denarau, Nadi, and Wailoaloa, return vessel transfers, club entry, free use of non-motorised watersports equipment. If this problem develops into a serious medical issue, you will most likely want to leave Fiji for Australia or New Zealand, or home. There is also a higher degree of risk in public areas, on local vessels, etc. Sea conditions and sometimes cyclones can prevent travel on the booked dates. It is therefore, an essential condition of travelling with Awesome Adventures Fiji that you have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment and/or evacuation plus insurance cover for cancelled and/or delayed travel expenses incurred due to cancelled or delayed services as the result of weather events or unforeseen operational issues.

Meals can feature multiple courses with a varied selection of local and international dishes. Resorts feature a selection of room types from dorms with shared facilities through to beachfront bures with ensuites. WiFi will generally be available in public areas. The room types used in the ‘Awesome Pass- Upgrade’ are a higher room grade and always have private ensuite bathrooms – these are generally situated in beachfront locations.
17b Please note that some resorts/hotels in the islands do not accept cash and all transactions must be paid via credit/debit card.

Divers cannot fly for 24 hours after diving and the company accepts no liability for medical conditions experienced as a result of diving or flying after diving.
